Wood treatment equipment include the wood preservation ,wood flame-resistant, wood dyeing as so on. It is designed according to international standard design.
We have three ways to treat wood . One is full-cell process ,the other high and low frequency pressure, the last one is double vacuum
The equipment pressure is -0.08Mpa-3.6Mpa
The temperature is 200 centigrade
The vacuum degree (relative) 0.098Mpa
One time can treat 2m3-20m3

Wood preservation equipment maintenance
1. To daub regula butter in the turbine ,screw ,bearing which are tank opening device at the fixed time,,keep oil state

2.To keep clean of the tank sealing ring ,the contact surface,before shut the door ,so should be with mechanical lubricating oil on seal ring and cans incisors surface ,keep sealing and cans door switch freely

3.To daub mechanical lubrication oil on the valves and screw in order to avoid jamming pipeline and pump body.

4.To clean bits of wood or any other impurities inside stainless steel filter and pressure tank.

5.To keep water in vacuum pump cooling water tank ,it is strictly prohibited to open pump without water,and to clean water tank,keep the water clean inside of water tank.

6.Before opening pressure pump,need to confirm if the valve is open between liquid storing box and pressure pump (liquid storing have enough potions).it is strictly prohibited to open pump without liquid.

7.To inspect the relief every year and inspect pressure gauge every six months
